Plote Construction will be completing a majority of the concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk construction this week. The electrical contractor, Gaffney’s PMI will continue work on the electrical conduit, handholes and light pole foundations this week and next week. The landscaping contractor, Countryside, is scheduled to plant trees and place topsoil in the parkways along the lot off of Compass Road next week.

The electrical contractor, Gaffney’s PMI has resumed work on lighting conduit and handholes in the lot off of Compass Road this week and next week. The landscaping contractor, Countryside, is scheduled to plant trees and work on the bioswale in the lot off of Compass Road possibly late next week.

Temporary permit parking only will allowed in portions of the newly constructed pod lots east of Lehigh starting this week and parking designations are anticipated to be finalized in late August.

Next week, Plote Construction will continue with curb and gutter construction in the parking lot off of Compass Road and curb and gutter and sidewalk ramp construction for the handicap parking stalls north of the train station.
