Next week, Plote Construction is scheduled to begin placement of the pervious concrete pavement in the central portion of the parking lot off of Compass Road.

All of the trees for this project have been planted and the bioswales have been constructed in the parking lot off of Compass Road.

Next week, Plote Construction is scheduled to continue with grading subgrade and construction of the aggregate base course in the parking lot off of Compass Road. Mid-next week, Plote Construction is planning on paving the asphalt base course in the north and south driving lanes and parking stalls of the Compass Road parking lot. Late next week (weather permitting), Plote Construction is scheduled for the first day of pervious concrete placement in the central portion of the Compass Road parking lot.

The landscaping contractor, Countryside Industries, is working to finishing planting trees and placing soil mixture for the bioswales in the lot off of Compass Road this week (see photos above). Next week, Plote Construction is scheduled to resume earth excavation, grading subgrade and construction of the aggregate base course.

Plote Construction has completed a majority of the concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk construction. The landscaping contractor, Countryside, is scheduled to plant trees and place topsoil in the parkways along the lot off of Compass Road next week.
